Welcome, sugar. If you're here reading a privacy policy, you are already more responsible than most folks on the internet, and I am proud of you. Let me make this real simple — because legal talk gives us all a headache and nobody has time for that.

This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Spoiler alert: we are not doing anything shady with your information.

What We Collect

When you sign up for our mailing list, ARC team, or any promotional offering, we may collect your name and email address. That's it, honey. We are not out here collecting your Social Security number, your mama's maiden name, or the name of your first pet. We just need enough to send you the good stuff.

What We Do With It

Here's the whole truth and nothing but, sweet pea. Your information is used for two things and two things only:

Sending you Advanced Reader Copies (ARCs) of upcoming books by Author Jessiy Leek, and sharing promotions, updates, and news related to Jessiy's published works. That is it. That is the whole list. We are not selling your email to anyone. We are not trading it like baseball cards. Your information stays right here with us, safe as a sweet tea recipe in a Southern grandma's recipe box.

Who Sees Your Information

Nobody who shouldn't, darlin'. Your personal information is not shared with, sold to, or handed over to any third parties. The only exception would be the email service provider we use to send those emails to you — and they are bound by their own privacy policies to keep your information safe, too.

Unsubscribing

If you ever decide this is not for you, there are zero hard feelings. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are free, honey. We will miss you, but we will never hold you hostage. That is not how we do things around here.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use basic cookies to keep things running smoothly. We are not tracking you across the internet like some kind of digital bloodhound. If cookies are used, they are the boring, functional kind — not the surveillance kind.

Your Rights

You have every right to ask us what information we have on you, request that we update it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Just reach out and we will take care of it. No questions asked, no guilt trips given.
